Declutter your life

Instructions

  1. Find your anchors.
If you aren’t sure what your anchors are, simply observe your life for a few days and reflect on what exactly is holding you back.

  2. Classify them as ‘Major’ and ‘Minor’.
Major anchors include most influential factors on your growth such as debt, toxic relationships, or a job you dislike, while minor anchors are smaller details such as unused clothes, dusty work area, or waking up late.

  3. Get rid of your anchors, beginning with the Major anchors.
For example, begin paying off your debts, or get out of your toxic relationships.

  4. Make tiny changes to get rid of your Minor anchors.
For example, if you tend to wake up late, try to wake up 5 minutes earlier every day.
