  2. Write down your main reason for implementing a plant-based diet in your life. 
    Changing your habits will be hard, so you need a strong reason. Write down the benefits of a whole plant-based diet and your main reason for implementing it. For example, "This diet will improve my overall health,” "Plant-based diet will help me with my cardiovascular disease," "I will have more energy, and I will be happier," etc. Find your reason and stick to it.
