Deal with the patriarchy


  1. Complete the stress cycle. 
    You can practice breathing, interact with your friends, show affection to others, or engage in creative activities. 
  2. Do something that would free you when feeling trapped. 
    When you feel trapped, free yourself from anything, and it will teach your body that you are not helpless. For example, go for a walk, scream into the pillow or learn to garden. 
  3. Smash the patriarchy. 
    Do something to engage with your life’s meaning that also smashes some patriarchy. For example, you can buy all your friends’ birthday presents from woman-owned stores or In every meeting, invite women to speak first in every meeting.
