  1. Be kind to yourself.
    When we feel shame, we tend to put our inner-self down without showing a sense of compassion.

  2. Embrace your flaws.
    Accept the fact that no one is perfect, including you. You don’t have to present yourself as being perfect, hoping you won’t ever feel shame, judgment, embarrassment, or any other form of humiliation.
