Instructions

  1. Make a list of everything you do in your day consistently.
    List all your daily habits, people you spend most of your time with, and places you go to.

  2. Categorize what makes you happy and what doesn't.
    This includes things you do at work, people you talk to, and everything in-between.

  3. Cut down everything that wastes your time and makes you unhappy.
    This includes toxic relationships, places you don't like to go to but feel obligated to attend, and things you don't enjoy doing. Remember that the cost of your time and happiness far outweighs any excuse to continue doing them.
