Cultivate good, lasting friendships.

Friends provide a wonderful support system and play a very important role in any person’s life. Having good friends will help you be a happier, more positive person.

  1. Write down what you can do to make your friends feel better about themselves.
Make a list of the most important friends you have. What can you do in every meeting or encounter to make them feel more important? Write it down, then do it.
  2. Imagine the other person only has a short time to live, and you are the only one who knows.
Imagine this about everyone you meet. Be kind and compassionate to them.
  3. Imagine there is a hidden camera recording everything you say and do.
Any time you interact with someone, pretend you are being recorded. Do not say or do anything you would be ashamed of.
