Create boundaries to prevent burnout


  1. Prioritize self-care.
    Take a moment to evaluate your current situation and decide what you can manage. If you think something is too much for you to handle, learn to decline.
  2. Set achievable goals.
    Make sure the objectives you set for yourself are attainable, and don't put too much pressure on yourself.
  3. Take a breather.
    Make sure to take breaks throughout the day to give yourself time to relax and recharge.
  4. Be gentle with yourself.
    Don't be too hard on yourself, and remember to appreciate yourself for all the hard work you do.
