  1. In your daily life, collect data on anything you see or experience that you like
    Pay attention to anything you see that you would like to include in your life. Write it down. 
  2. Before beginning work for the day, do whatever it takes to make you happy 
    Listen to music, spend time with animals, do whatever makes you happy. You want to be in an uplifted, lighthearted state before you start work.
  3. Then, sit down in a place where you won’t be interrupted daily for 15-20 minutes. 
  4. Imagine yourself and your life as you would like it to be 
    See yourself in perfect health and absolute prosperity. You can use the positive data you have collected in your daily life to inspire your imagination.
