Create a loving relationship with your partner.

Remaining non-judgemental of both yourself and your partner will end codependency and allow both of you to be in love with each other without being drawn into each others’ unconscious patterns.


  1. Stop judging yourself.
    Immerse yourself in the present moment and simply observe your thoughts - do not judge them.

  2. Stop judging your partner.
    Accept your partner as they are, without judging or trying to change them in any way. The next time your partner does something you dislike, simply observe it without judgment.

  3. Observe your inner state when conflict arises.
    If there is anger, know that there is anger. If it is jealousy, defensiveness, the need to be right, etc., become aware of those feelings.

  4. Communicate your feelings and listen to your partner’s feelings.
    Without blaming your partner, freely speak about how you feel. Similarly, allow your partner to speak and listen to what they say.
