Counter resistance to new behaviour


  1. Start small.
    It's impossible to change every aspect of your behaviour, so you might want to focus on one aspect, making sure you master it before moving to the next.

  2. Surround yourself with the right support system.
    For example, your support system could be another senior coach or a mastermind group that checks you periodically to see how well you are progressing with your new behaviour.

  3. Be consistent.
    Keep working on your new habit. It's never easy, but with consistency, you will definitely adopt the new behaviour as time goes by.
