  1. Every time you start to panic, remind yourself that you can control your emotions.
    You can prepare some affirmations for you to repeat in the difficult moments like:
    1. “I am in control, not my emotions.”
    2. “I am not going to die from this. It is only an obstacle to overcome. Get back to work.”
    3. “Don’t freak out about this. Calm down and look for a solution.”
