Connect with your inner body

Instructions

  1. Direct your attention to your body.
    Feel the life within your hands, arms, legs, and feet, as well as in your abdomen and your chest. Focus on the feeling of your inner body - do not think about it; simply feel it. Practice this frequently, and you will be able to root yourself within your consciousness.

  2. Meditate.
    Sit in a position where your spine is erect, on a chair, for example. Relax your body and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and feel how your abdomen expands and contracts with each breath. You will be able to feel the energy of your inner body and become one with it.

  3. “Flood” your body with consciousness before falling asleep each night.
    Close your eyes and lie flat on your back. Focus your attention one by one on each part of your body, from your hands to your feet, your arms, your legs, your abdomen, your chest, your head, and so on. Stay focused on each part for 15 seconds and feel the life energy within each part. Then, run your attention through your body a few times like a wave, from your feet to your head and back again.
