Conduct a weekly training meeting


  1. Assign one person each week to manage the agenda and flow for the weekly training meeting.
    The weekly meeting leader will be responsible for finding speakers, organizing and running the meeting. This will train them as mini-CEOs at a basic level.

  2. The meeting leader will arrange the meeting's flow and break the business topics into 10-15 chunks.
    Here are some suggested topics:
     - Product/Sales Training
     - General business topics 
     - Public speaking training for reps 
     - Any fun topics that the leader wants to discuss
