Concentrate on your tasks to be effective

Instructions

  1. Slough off the past that has ceased to be productive.
Review your programs, activities and tasks and those of your associates periodically to ensure that no resources are being invested in the no-longer productive past.

  2. Prioritize your tasks well.
There will always be productive tasks and more opportunities than your organization can handle, so you need to prioritize those that are more rewarding by focusing on them.

  3. Bring in fresh people with fresh points of view periodically.
If you only promote from within, your organization will soon become inbred and eventually sterile.
