Complete the healing visualizations to remember your past love

Instructions

  1. Before each visualization, take some time to relax your body.
    Be aware of the different parts of your body, and just let go. Imagine you can breathe deeply into each part and just relax on the exhale.
  2. When your whole body is relaxed, begin exploring your responses to the 12 situations outlined in this chapter.
    Spend at least ten minutes on each exercise and complete them over 12 weeks. After doing all 12, you can go back and repeat your favorite ones.
  3. When you have completed each visualization, bring yourself back to the present time by repeating the relaxation process.
    Repeat the following phrase about ten times, completing the sentence each time. ‘Right now in my life I am in the process of _____.’ For example: “Right now in my life, I am in the process of healing my heart.
