Complete projects quickly

Instructions

  1. Build an archipelago of ideas.
Select the project you want to work on now. Browse your Second Brain and extract the information you need for that project. Create a chain of ideas and arrange them logically - take similar ideas and notes, then arrange them in a way that makes sense for the project you're working on.

  2. Build a Hemingway bridge.
Review your idea archipelago and start working on your project. Build a bridge between the work you do today and the work you will do tomorrow by working on your project until you can clearly see the next step.

  3. Be more economical to be more productive.
Reduce the volume of information by removing everything you do not need right now - you can always use it for something later. For example, you can remove a slide from an extensive presentation and later use it for a social media post. Whatever you do, always try the smaller, simpler, and shorter version first.
