Combine the practices to build a peak mind

Instructions

  1. Perform the “find your flashlight” exercise in the first week.
    Do this for 12 minutes a day.
  2. Perform the “find your flashlight” exercise and the “body scan” exercise on alternate days in the second week.
    Do each for 12 minutes.
  3. Perform the “find your flashlight” exercise and the “river of thought” exercise on alternate days in the third week.
    Do each for 12 minutes.
  4. Perform the “find your flashlight” exercise and the “connection” practice on alternate days in the final week.
    Do each for 12 minutes.
  5. Maintain the practice.
    After you have finished four weeks of practice, you have a good basis to work from. You should maintain a practice of 12 minutes a day, but the schedule is up to you. By now, you know your own mind well, so work on whichever exercises you think are most beneficial to you.
