Instructions

  1. Tell yourself you will be happy every morning.
    As soon as you wake up, tell yourself that you will be happy throughout the day. Confirm to yourself that the world is working in your favor and that all you need to do to be happy and successful is have faith in your subconscious mind. Make it a habit to repeat this every morning before doing anything else.

  2. Steer your mind away from negative thoughts.
    When negative thoughts arise and your conscious mind disputes whether you will be happy or not, return to the affirmations you made in the morning.
