Check in with an accountability partner daily


  1. Find an accountability partner
    Identify a friend who, like you, is committed towards their goals. Ask them to be your accountability partner. You will ensure they stay on track, and they will do the same for you.

  2. Check in with them every evening before bed, and encourage them to do the same
    Send them a 4-line text with the following information:

    • The date
    • How successful you were with your overall routines for the day (using either “:)” or a “:(“)
    • Whether you achieved your goals for the day (either “:)” or “:(“)
    • Your goal for tomorrow
  3. Have a weekly or biweekly call to discuss your habits and goals
    Use this time to gain more clarity and awareness on what you actually want to achieve, and what steps you will take to move forward.
