Channel Frustration into a New Creative Project

Instructions

  1. Notice the activities you miss most. List the things you can’t do due to current circumstances. What do you crave—sports, going out, performing?

  2. Find a substitute or new version indoors. If you can’t leave the house, could you write, paint, or invent your own game? Use your restlessness as inspiration.

  3. Dedicate daily time for your project. Block a specific hour—just 15-20 minutes is enough—to work on something fun and unrelated to obligations.
