Make the High Five Habit a part of your morning routine


  1. Perform the High Five Habit first thing in the morning. Stand in front of a mirror and take a moment to appreciate yourself. Don't focus on your physical appearance, but rather on your inner self. Then, once you're ready, give yourself a high five. Notice how your mind goes quiet. Enjoy this moment.
  2. Do it however you want.
    You can touch the mirror or not, give a high five or a low five, and spread your fingers apart or keep them together. The important thing is to do it in a way that feels authentic to you.
  3. Use the bathroom mirror as your designated spot for the High 5 Habit. The bathroom is a private space where you can be alone and connect with yourself. Plus, you already have a routine in the bathroom each morning, so adding the High 5 Habit to your routine is an easy way to make it a daily habit.
