  3. Drink water regularly
    Drinking water throughout the day, and not only when you’re thirsty, prevents your body from dehydration. 
  4. Get enough sleep
    Quality sleep does wonders for our entire body because it stimulates growth and recovery, and improves almost all bodily functions. 
  5. Do interval training
    Remember that it is more effective than steady, moderate exercise.
