Help them out wherever you can
For example, if you hear that an influencer is struggling financially, buy some ads on their website. This will help you build a strong relationship with them.

Once you are friends, you can ask them for favors
When you have built a strong relationship with your influencer(s), it will feel natural to ask them to help you publicize something.
