Build rapport with your prospects

Instructions

  1. Apply tonality and modulation to build rapport with your prospect.
    a) Lower or raise your voice, speed up and slow down based on your message.
    b) Make declarative statements and turn them into a question. This tonality can make the prospect think they may already know you: “Hi, my name is John Smith?” “Calling from ABCD company?” “How are you today?”
    c) Group certain words together and say others in staccato-like beats for impact.

  2. Generate bottled enthusiasm.
Enunciate your words with clarity and stress your consonants so your words are intense. Try also adjusting your tone so your prospect does not tune out.
