  2. Understand your partner’s “suchness.”
    “Suchness” is a Buddhist concept that refers to the essence of a thing or a person, i.e., its true nature. Look for your partner’s suchness, as learning it will help you understand them better, and you will have a much more harmonious relationship with them.
