  1. See yourself objectively
    Make a list of your strengths and of your weaknesses and accept them as parts of you.

    Have confidence in people and let them know about it. You might inspire others to behave in the same manner towards you, thus forming positive relationships.

  3. Contribute to others
    Do some work for the communities you belong to without expecting to be paid for it. Even the smallest amount of work you do can have a largely positive influence on building healthy relationships in your communities.
