Bring healing to the world

Instructions

  1. Examine your relationship struggles.
    Ask yourself where you are experiencing tension in relationships. Consider how your ego may be making matters worse than they actually are. How can bringing selflessness into your interactions bring healing to these relational tensions?
  2. Establish a framework for communication in your relationships.
    Talk to your partner about ways in which you can talk about issues in a safe way. This approach will look more like, “I need support with .......,” rather than, “I don’t like the way you have been ........”
  3. Practice selfless listening.
    When communicating with your partner, seek primarily to understand and support them. Don’t bring your ego into it. It’s not about you. Let love guide you rather than seek to protect your ego.
  4. Expand your healing outward into the world.
    As you extend love to yourself and tap into your true human nature, bring the same love and compassion outward into the world through your actions and world. Tell others your story of healing, and encourage others to start their own journey. Begin accepting responsibility for the healing of the world around you.
