How to Apply This

  1. Sit down.
    Find a comfortable place to sit down. Keep your back straight and get relaxed.

  2. Inhale deeply 4-5 times.
    Inhale slowly and deeply into your stomach, and let your breath go naturally each time.

  3. Take one large breath.
    Take a full inhale and relax to exhale.

  4. Inhale fully.
    Take another full inhale.

  5. Hold your breath.
    Hold your breath for no more than five seconds.

  6. Tense your back muscles and let go.
    Tense your upper back muscles as you hold your breath. Keep the head and jaw relaxed. Finally, let the breath go and release the muscles in your back. You will feel warmth spread from your upper back throughout your whole body.
