Break your goal down into smaller projects

Instructions

  1. Go tiny.
    Sit down with your big-picture goal and create a small, fun personal project to start with. Look at it as something you are happy to do for free that creates enjoyment in your life.
  2. Commit to working on your idea for five minutes a day.
    Set your timer for five minutes and do one thing that pertains to your project each day. If you get into the groove, continue. If that is all you can do today, stop and celebrate that you took action.
