  1. Realize that we all have a pain-body: an accumulation of old emotional pain.
    It’s an addiction to unhappiness, replenishing itself via negative thinking and drama.

  2. Identify your pain/body triggers: situations or things other people do or say.

  3. When the emotional reactions occur, accept them, allow yourself to feel them, and let them go.
