Instructions

  1. Discover the walls of your psyche.
    When the thought of doing a particular thing makes you uncomfortable, notice it and explore the reasoning behind it. For example, if going out without wearing your hair the way you like makes you uncomfortable, do it anyway. The discomfort you feel will reveal the motives forming your psyche's walls.
  2. Continue to connect with the witness.
    When the walls of your psyche get hit, and you experience that sense of panic or disturbance, reconnect with the seat of your consciousness where you simply witness this sense of disturbance with detached awareness. Relax behind the discomfort. Let go, and allow the walls to come down.
