Become aware of your unawareness


  1. Admit that you don't want to wake up. 
    Admit to yourself that you do not want to see life, the world, and people as they are; that it is easier for you to romanticize them and make them better and more beautiful.
  2. Take off your pink glasses and become resistant to disappointments. 
    Do not idealize people. Accept them with all their flaws and selfishness.
  3. Experience unconditional happiness. 
    Don't link your happiness to circumstances, material possessions, or the people you surround yourself with. Try to experience happiness as unconditional, regardless of what you have or do not have. For example, say or adopt the mindset: " I am happy because I am alive, I exist, I am human, I am healthy,  not because I have a nice job, expensive car, money, rich friends, or some respectful professional label."
