Become aware of your flaws.

Becoming aware of your flaws is the first step in changing them into something positive and constructive. To become a better person, you must accept your flaws and be willing to do something to change yourself for the better.

Instructions

  1. Ask others for feedback.
It’s difficult to identify your own flaws, so directly asking others for feedback is the simplest way to find out what areas you need to improve on.
  2. Reflect on what others say about you.
When others give you feedback on the areas you could improve upon, really think about it. Is it accurate? If it is, take action to better yourself.
