Become a focused thinker

Instructions

  1. Prioritize.
Think about what's most important to you, your family, and your team. Start by focusing on your strengths, the things that use your skills and talents best. You should also pay attention to what gives you the best return and reward. Do what you like and are good at.
  2. Find your talents.
Try undergoing a DISC or Myers-Briggs personality test. Ask your friends and family members where they believe you thrive. Take some time to consider your previous achievements.
  3. Find your dream.
Use your time of introspection to help you find your dream. Consider what makes you happy and inspires you. When you find that a certain idea or thought keeps returning to your mind, it is most likely your dream. Once you discover your dream, go for it!
  4. Stay focused.
Get rid of distractions by sticking to the habit of doing your priorities. Find a time and a place to think. Set achievable, meaningful, and life-altering goals.
