    What can you do to improve your health, expand your knowledge, and strengthen your body?

  3. Keep the promises you make to yourself.
    Have self-discipline and follow through on the promises you make.

  4. Give yourself credit for all the work you have put in.
    Acknowledge the good things you are doing - you deserve recognition!
