Be accountable for your goals


  1. Write your insecurities on post-its and stick them on a mirror
    This is the first step to becoming more truthful with yourself. Remember that recognizing a problem is the beginning of finding a solution.

  2. Write your goals on post-its and stick them on a mirror
    You can call it an Accountability Mirror. Every time you see yourself in it, you will be reminded of your own part in your transformation.

  3. Divide major goals into smaller ones
    You won’t feel overwhelmed or lost if the smaller goals are more easily attainable.

  4. Set daily goals
    Accomplishing something on a daily basis will keep you motivated to make your dreams a reality.

  5. Share a photo of your accountability mirror with others
    You can do this if you feel comfortable enough. It might serve as an inspiration to others.
