Instructions

  1. Make a plan for your day
    Set time slots for every activity you can think of that needs to happen the next day. Make the plan either the previous night or early in the morning.

  2. Take action
    Any action you take should bring you closer to accomplishing a previously set goal.

  3. Learn something new
    You can watch a tutorial, a webinar, or a documentary. You can also read books, papers, etc.

  4. Make time to exercise
    Save a time slot in your calendar for exercise. You can go for a run, go to the gym, lift weights, etc.

  5. Take breaks
    Remember to take breaks because you need them to renew your energy and to recover.

  6. Reflect on your day
    It’s best to do this activity at night when you can replay the entire day so that you can see whether you’ve achieved something worthy. If you discover that you’ve made some mistakes, learn from them, and improve.
