Avoid digital deluge.

Research dating as far back as the mid-90’s shows there are real health risks associated with information overload, including time spent on devices and other technologies that are “always on.” By turning off and going “off-grid”, we allow ourselves to reset and give our brains and body a much-needed break from the digital overload.

Instructions

  1. Schedule 30 minutes of “white space” in your calendar each week.
This is time to be spent away from technology. It is a time dedicated to clearing your mind, relaxing, and being creative.
