Walk Through Each SCORES Area. For each (Shared Information, Compelling Vision, Ongoing Learning, Relentless Focus, Energizing Systems, Shared Power), ask: How are we currently performing on this? Use honest reflection or survey your team.

Identify Your Area of Greatest Weakness. From your review, pinpoint one SCORES area where you score lowest. This becomes your focus for improvement.

Choose a Single, High-Impact Action. Brainstorm one realistic action to improve your weakest SCORES area (e.g., begin regular team updates for Shared Information, or start peer recognition circles for Shared Power). Commit to implementing it this month.
