Instructions

  1. Forgive those from your past who have hurt you.
    This is the first step in attaining peace of mind—you must let go of past pain.
  2. Let go of all negative feelings inside of you.
    Let go of all your anger and pain. Do not try to justify these emotions—simply accept responsibility and move on.
  3. Read something spiritual and uplifting each and every morning.
    This will set you in a happy mood that will last for the rest of the day.
  4. Don’t get attached to material things.
    Don’t take things personally either—whenever you lose something or something bad happens, ask yourself whether it will matter in five years time. It usually won’t.
