Instructions

  1. Maintain focus
    Spend less time using digital devices and social media.

  2. Follow the 90/90/1 rule
    Do your most quality work in the first 90 minutes of the workday.

  3. Adopt the 60/10 method
    After the first 90 minutes of the workday, do another work sprint for 60 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of recovery and relaxation.

  4. Accomplish five small goals every day
    Each day, make a list of five small goals you achieved.

  5. Exercise twice a day
    You can either exercise at the end of your day, or you can take a long walk around the block, in the park, etc.

  6. Get a deep tissue massage
    Schedule a massage twice a week to help you with stress and your overall wellbeing.

  7. Use your commute time wisely
    Read books or listen to audiobooks, lectures, etc.

  8. Delegate tasks
    If you can’t or you don’t want to do a task, delegate it to another person so that you can focus on more important tasks.

  9. Make plans for the following week
    Take 30 minutes every Sunday to create a rough blueprint of the week to come.

  10. Keep learning
    Self-development is crucial for success, so spend 60 minutes every day learning something new.
