  1. Ask the learning question towards the end of the conversation.
    This will give the person you are conversing with the opportunity to reflect and pick the most useful points of all he said or learned during the conversation.
  2. Listen to the answer carefully.
    This will guide you towards figuring out how to help them become the best versions of themselves.
  3. Focus on the big thing that was the most useful.
