Ask more often and ask for more

Write down a list of all the things you want.
As soon as you identify what you want, determine how you will ask for it. If you take the time to ask, you'll be surprised how many times you'll get a yes.
Ask for outrageous things.
Don’t water down your requests; instead, make them as outrageous as possible. When you make outrageous requests and regularly ask for them, you are more likely to get a yes to a smaller concession and an immediate yes to an outrageous request.
