Appreciate your GAINS

Instructions

  1. Schedule a fixed time for when you will review your progress. Make reflection a regular habit. To do so, grab your calendar and schedule when you will reflect on your progress regularly.
  2. Write down your GAINS—the gains, achievements, improvements, and new skills you've acquired throughout the journey.
Writing down your GAINS will help you remember and appreciate them more. It can also help you to identify patterns or trends in your progress.
  3. Look back to appreciate your GAINS and how far you've come.
Looking back to appreciate your GAINS and how far you've come is important. Measuring your progress backward can help you stay motivated and not take your progress for granted.
