Apply tools that bring mindfulness into your life

Instructions

  1. Choose one mindfulness tool that you want to employ regularly.
    Some mindfulness tools you can choose from are: taking a short walk and observing nature, pausing and listening to the noises around you, checking in on your emotional state, paying attention to small objects, and listening to music.
  2. Incorporate that tool into your life for one week.
    You can write the technique down and place the piece of paper somewhere where you will see it daily and be reminded to practice them.
  3. Reflect on your progress after one week.
    How easy was it to remember to use the mindfulness technique? In what areas of your life do you think benefited most from your practice this week? Will you continue to use this technique, or would you like to try a new one?
