Instructions

  1. Identify the actions that yield the most results.
    Make a list of your daily actions in your job. If you're a salesperson, that could be calling, checking emails, reporting to your boss, etc. In this case, identify the clients that bring the most revenue and which activities bring the most clients.

  2. Focus on these actions.
    See everything else as potential time wasters.

  3. Optimize your day by ignoring everything else.
    Allocate a bit of time at the end of the day to deal with anything outside your core actions.
