Analyze the strength of common stocks

Instructions

  1. Estimate a stock’s future earning power.
    Look at past data for sales volume, prices, operating margin, and the evolution of these indicators. Also, consider the general long-term prospects from the company itself and from other analysts.
  2. Calculate financial strength.
    Less debt in favor of more cash is usually better. When comparing companies that are largely the same, make your decision based on this factor.
