Instructions

  1. Understand the law of attraction.
    Take the time to learn about the law of attraction and how it works. Recognize that it is the foundation of all creation and that it responds to vibrations by bringing together things of similar vibrations while keeping those of different vibrations apart.
  2. Be more aware of your emotions.
    Pay close attention to your emotions, as they provide you with constant feedback about the resonance of your current thoughts (vibrations) compared to the resonance of your core vibrational state. By becoming more aware of your emotions, you can adjust your thoughts and emotions to align with your inner being.
  3. Practice gratitude and focus on positive things.
    Begin your day by looking for the first thing to be grateful for while still in bed. Throughout the day, intentionally focus on the positive things in your life, no matter how small they may be. This will help attract more positive thoughts and bring your vibrational frequency closer to matching that of your inner being.
  4. Focus on what you want and less on what you don't want.
    Regularly and intentionally focus on what you do want and less on what you don't want. This will align you with the pure, positive essence of your source.
  5. Find a more positive way to approach challenges.
    When facing challenges, look for a more positive way to approach them. This will help you see more of the positive aspects of the situation and shift your vibration from feeling bad to feeling good. Doing this can improve your point of attraction and bring more positive experiences into your life.
