Adopt the healing mindset

Instructions

  1. Look for the mental cause of your illness.
    Ask yourself: What wrong thoughts and beliefs led me to this condition?

  2. Get rid of harmful thinking schemes.
    When you find wrong beliefs and thoughts that have probably affected your physical health, say: "I am ready to let go of these patterns of consciousness that have created this condition."

  3. Create new thought patterns.
    Choose a sentence that represents your new, healing way of thinking and repeat it several times a day.

  4. Believe you will get better.
    Visualize yourself as healthy and fully convince yourself that you are on the road to recovery.

  5. Forgive to heal.
    Think about the person you need to forgive. Write down what you would say to them, what they would have to do to earn your forgiveness, and how long they would have to suffer for their actions. When you are ready to forgive, close your eyes and say, 'The person I must forgive is_ _, and I forgive you for___.' Forgive yourself for your mistakes in the same way.
