Adopt a survivor mindset to deal with your problems


  1. Get a notebook and pen.

  2. Write down the problem you’re currently facing.
    Maybe you’re experiencing heartbreak, the loss of a loved one, or any other problem.

  3. Write down what you can learn from the problem.
    Looking at the positive side of the situation will make it easier for you to cope with it.

  4. Write down the steps that will help you overcome the problem.
    It could be by setting simple goals like being optimistic every day, seeking support from your friends and family, or taking any step that could help you get past your situation.

  5. Take action!
    This is difficult for most people. It’s best to start taking small steps and trying to acknowledge your emotions every step of the way. You can also write what you feel after taking action in your notebook.
